Warranty Terms

Defects in material and workmanship are covered by a one (1) year factory warranty. Warranty will be voided by unauthorized repair, misuse, modification, accidental damage, neglect or improper use.

The warranty becomes effective from the date of original purchase and must present a copy of the original purchase invoice when requesting a repair. .Batteries, Light Source, and Probe Tip are not covered under this warranty.

Contact the distributor or reseller whom the  purchased was made from. A copy of the original invoice must be presented when requesting a repair.

The purchaser is responsible for all shipping & handling costs to Gemlogis USA (Including freight and insurance). Non-warranty repairs may incur additional costs subject to the defect condition.
